This handsome gent was surrendered to a NJ shelter when his dad became homeless. He didn't want his pup to lead that life, too, so he did what he thought was best. We know how hard that was for him. 


Joey is a senior boy, a spry & spunky 11 year old. He saw the vet & although he has lost a lot of his hearing & has
 a little arthritis, he's in pretty good health. 

He is doing great with other dogs & cats are still a work in progress but it's not bad. He's such a sweet & adorable boy, we know there is a loving family out there that will be lucky to add him to their home. He adores attention and loving and is just the sweetest. We know that you will love him the minute you meet him.
